The Patriots and Jets rivalry goes back to the 1960s and the old AFL days. The franchises have a natural hatred based largely on geography, but the NFL version, particularly of recent vintage, goes well beyond that.
Based on the intense dislike the organizations share, it might surprise some that a number of players have spent time with both teams. The Patriots recently added another to the mix in linebacker David Harris, who signed with New England earlier this week after a solid 10-year career with the Jets.
That got us thinking about some other players who worked in both locales – an All-Border War Team so to speak. So this week, rather than debate a topic, PFW has compiled an All-Border War Team. Some positions were more difficult than others – especially the offensive line – but overall we feel it's a pretty interesting list.
Let us know what you think of our team and if we made any glaring omissions.
