Cleat Donation Requests
Football cleats in large sizes can be both difficult to find and expensive. The New England Patriots Foundation provides new or gently used football cleats to youth and high school student athletes throughout New England. Flag-In-School Kits
Each Flag-In-School Kit includes 10 footballs (sizes vary based on kit), 25 yellow flag belts, 25 green flag belts, dual language rulebook, NFL branded certificates of achievement, and digital skills and drills videos for the program.
In-Kind Donations
The New England Patriots Foundation accepts requests for donations and player appearances. Due to the volume of requests received, it is important that all requests follow the guidelines set forth below.
