We respectfully request that you do not send any Submissions to the Patriots in any form.
The reason for this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Patriots products or materials might seem similar to Submissions provided to the Patriots. This policy is not intended to prevent Patriots fans and customers from providing feedback, which can be done by sending an e-mail to www.patriots.com/press-room/contact-us.
If, after reviewing this policy, you still choose to send the Patriots a Submission, you agree that, regardless of anything you say, write or record to the contrary, the following terms apply to your Submission:
- The Patriots have no obligation to respond to, review, or acknowledge your Submission;
- Your Submission will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary; and
- The Patriots may use, display, redistribute, and/or disclose such Submission for any purpose, without compensation to you.
