In honor of his 26th birthday, here are 5 amazing athletic achievements from the Patriots star linebacker.

1. high school resumé

Collins attended Franklin County (Miss.) High School where he first played quarterback, receiver and safety, before concluding his career as a quarterback and outside linebacker. He was also a standout track and field athlete.

2. Combine Record

During the 2013 NFL Combine, Collins set a then-record for broad jump at 11'7".
