Barbacks will work with and support bartenders and club staff in providing the highest levels of service to guests in a luxury club environment at Gillette Stadium. Barbacks will be responsible for ensuring that the bar and surrounding area is properly maintained and stocked. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the bar area by checking stock of drinks and ensuring all other bar supplies are prepared and present
- Monitor and restock bar supplies when required or requested by bartender; items may include ice, drinks, condiments, and food
- Relay information from one bar area to another
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area including the removal of trash, dishes, and other debris
- Receive and attend to instructions from bartenders or supervisors
- Assist in closing the bar area by mopping and cleaning the bar and surrounding area, store items in the appropriate locations, and replenish where neededQualifications:
- TIPS, AIM or Safe-Serve Certified recommended
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Read and understand instructions in written English
- Comprehend verbal instructions in English
- Speak and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to safely maneuver up and down flights of stairs/steps, repetitively
- Ability to maneuver within work spaces
- Ability to stock shelves with shelf height not to exceed 10 feet
- Ability to fulfill mandated work hours
