Less than 24 hours after being named the 14th head coach in New England Patriots history, Bill Belichick is already getting down to business.
Belichick is meeting with the New England assistant coaches today. He needs to get the ball rolling as far as putting his coaching staff together. At his press conference Thursday, Belichick stressed the importance of putting his staff together quickly to help the Patriots make up for time lost since the end of the regular season.
There has been no announcement which, if any, of the current New England assistants will be let go.
