9/27 Patriots vs. Falcons - Gary Doherty
Gary coaches coaches football at Framingham High School and is the President of the Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association. Last year in his personal time, Gary revived the Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association (MHSFCA) after it had been disbanded for a number of years. MHSFCA sponsored both Gary and Dighton/Rehoboth High School coach Dave Driscoll's "High School Football Coaches Clinic." In January the "Clinic" provided over 40 hours of offensive, defensive, and special teams training to high school football coaches from across the state. The clinic also provided valued training to new and existing coaches from expects in each field.
10/4 Patriots vs. Ravens - Dan Hovanesian
Dan is a decorated Vietnam War hero earning a Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, a Navy commendation medal, 7 aviation medals, two Purple Hearts, serving our country as a Marine; leading and coaching his company in and out of dangerous situations. He created the "Vietnam Veterans Workshop of Boston" in 1988 a non-profit organization dedicated to rehabilitating veterans. He was instrumental in having Dave Mamet a playwright and Pulitizer Prize Winner perform a "Sketches of War" on 10/10/88 which led to the creation of the "New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans".Dan is a veteran, an attorney, a father and husband. He exemplified bravery and leadership to earn these medals of valor and continues to lead with with his involvement with veterans.
10/18 Patriots vs. Titans - Jared Monti
Paul T. Monti accepted this award in honor of his son Medal of Honor recipient Army Sgt. 1st Class Jared C. Monti. Jared Monti was killed in action in Afghanistan in June 2006 while trying to save a wounded comrade. He was awarded the Medal of Honor posthumously by President Barack Obama in September.
11/8 Patriots vs. Dolphins - Lisa McGloin
Coach Lisa McGloin began her high school softball coaching career in 1989 as an assistant coach under the tutelage of Ed Henry at Bishop Fenwick High School. She remained at Bishop Fenwick from 1989 through 1997. During her stint as an assistant coach, Bishop Fenwick won 7 state championships. Coach McGloin became the Head Coach of the Concord- Carlisle Patriots in 1990. In her six years at Concord-Carlisle, the Patriots' record is 121 wins and 21 losses, with 5 Dual County League titles and two appearances in the semi-final game of the state championship. She is a three time ASA All-American as a catcher.
**11/22 Patriots vs. Jets - Charice Lewis

MBTA operator was hailed as a hero for bringing the train to a screeching halt to avoid crushing a woman who had fallen on the tracks at North Station in November. Orange Line motor woman Charice Lewis of Mattapan was recognized for her quick thinking and swift decisive action in helping the young woman escape certain death.
12/13 Patriots vs. Panthers - Stephen Doyle
Stephen is the President and founder of CarePacks, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to sending care packages to US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. CarePacks' goal is to provide these soldiers with supplies to help improve their morale, mental health, and quality of life, and to remind soldiers that they are remembered by people "back home."
12/27 Patriots vs. Jaguars - Homes for Our Troops and Falconeiri ConstructionThese two organizations volunteered their services to build a home for Staff Sergeant Michael Downing, who lost his legs during his second deployment to Afghanistan. The President and Founder of Homes for Our Troops is John Gonsalves.
