With NFL training camps in full swing, teams are picking up the pace when it comes to signing their first-round picks.
NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports that the New York Jets have signed defensive end/linebacker Vernon Gholston and the Denver Broncos have signed offensive tackle Ryan Clady.
Both are five-year deals, according to Schefter. Gholston, the sixth overall pick from Ohio State, reportedly signed a $50-million deal that includes $21 million guaranteed.
Clady, the 12th overall pick from Boise state, reportedly signed a $17.5-million contract that includes $11.5 million guaranteed.
