The kickoff time for tonight's Patriots-Eagles preseason game at Gillette Stadium has been pushed back to 8:15.

The kickoff time for tonight's Patriots-Eagles preseason game at Gillette Stadium has been pushed back to 8:15.

The time change is likely related to the inclement weather that has delayed the PGA Championship throughout the weekend in Minnesota. The PGA, one of golf's four majors, is being televised by CBS and since tonight's Patriots-Eagles game is being aired nationally on CBS, the network would like to air the end of third-round play at the PGA.

Friday and Saturday, golfers were forced to finish their previous day's round the next morning and then play another 18. That delay has presumably effected the network's programming schedule.
