Lions re-sign safety Walker

The Detroit Lions re-signed safety Bracy Walker to a one-year contract.

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (March 2, 2005) -- The Detroit Lions re-signed safety Bracy Walker to a one-year contract.

Walker was Detroit's starting strong safety last season, his third with the team, and was fifth on the team with 81 tackles.

Walker has started 49 of 151 games during his 11-year career with four teams: Detroit, Kansas City, Miami and Cincinnati. He has made 375 tackles and seven interceptions.
