The Patriots continued their work at OTAs in Foxborough with the second of three practices taking place on Tuesday. The Providence Journal has Rob Ninkovich excited about getting back on the field. NESN.com says the battles at cornerback and receiver are worth watching at OTAs.

ESPNBoston.com reports that running back Dion Lewis, who is rehabbing from a torn ACL, is on track to be on the field for the season-opener Sept. 11 in Arizona. Also, the Patriots quarterback situation is among the best in the league.

CSNNE.com says Roger Goodell continues to evade the pertinent questions. They also report on Robert Kraft explaining how the entire ordeal has been “mishandled.” Elsewhere at the league meetings, NESN.com details some minor tweaks made to instant replay.
