Salute to Service - SFC Enos Evans

United States Army Sergeant First Class Enos Delphi Evans was born on November 21, 1973 and grew up on his family's farm in Powhatan, Virginia. He joined the United States Army after graduating from Powhatan High School in 1991 and served his country proudly for 15 years as a pharmacy technician and a US Army healthcare recruiter.
Enos received many awards, including a Meritorious Service Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, three Army Achievement Medals and a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. SFC Evans died unexpectedly on July 26, 2006.
He was a very dedicated and loving husband and father who enjoyed the outdoors and had a love for running. Enos' other hobbies included music, movies, and traveling. He also loved the New England Patriots and always looked forward to watching the games on Sundays and cheering them on.
