The Concessions Staffing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staffing as it relates to the game-day concessions operations including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll and performance measurement. Qualified candidates should have 2-3 years of HR related experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting. Strong interpersonal skills a must as the staffing coordinator will have ongoing contact with the game-day staff on a daily basis.
Staffing Coordinator will work across multiple aspects of the concessions business, so the ability to work as a team is critical. Willingness to occasionally work long hours and weekends required.
