Suite Attendants will provide the highest levels ofservice to guests in a luxury suite environment at CMGI Field. Suite Attendants are the key contact betweenstadium and suite guests; they will serve in a combined role of server,bartender, and host/hostess. Responsibilities:
- Prepare suites prior to events according to prescribed standards
- Prepare and maintain buffet table within suites with proper arrangement of dinnerware and food items
- Provide high quality customer service to suite patrons; service that is equivalent to that provided at five star establishments
- Greet guests upon their arrival, by extending genuine hospitality
- Proactive assessment and resolution of suite inventory, guest needs and other experience enhancing variables
- Mix and prepare drinks
- Serve food when requested by guests or when in a banquet environment
- General suite cleaning, stocking and maintenance
- Communicate needs with runners and suite level supervisors
- Close suite after departure of all guests by removing all food items and drinks
- Control inventory within suites by ensuring all drink and food items are brought in by runners
- Other duties as requiredQualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage industry; specifically, banquet or restaurant service
- Minimum of one year experience in guest relations/high-end customer service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Read and understand instructions in written English
- Comprehend verbal instructions in English
- Speak and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively
- Ability to safely maneuver up and down flights of stairs/steps, repetitively
- Ability to maneuver within work spaces
- Ability to conduct currency/credit transactions
- Ability to stock shelves with shelf height not to exceed 10 feet high
- Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks
- Ability to work independent of direct supervision
- Ability to fulfill mandated work hours
