The Patriots defeated the Tennessee Titans in a frigid 2003 divisional playoff game on January 10, 2004. The temperature at kickoff was 4 degrees, with a wind chill feel of -10, making it the coldest game in Patriots history. The Patriots won 17-14 to kick start their second Super Bowl championship playoff run.

The temperature was 13 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill factor of 2 degrees, making it the coldest regular-season home game in Foxboro in franchise history.
