Nov. 23, 1986. Patriots 22, Bills 19
Sullivan Stadium was sack central, as the Patriots took down Bills QB Jim Kelly six times, while the Bills wrapped up Patriots QB Steve Grogan six times as well. Tony Eason's 13-yard fourth-quarter TD pass to Greg Baty proved to be the difference.

Nov. 26, 1995. Patriots 35, Bills 25
Trailing by 12 at the start of the fourth quarter, the Patriots erupted for 22 unanswered points. Ben Coates caught a pair of TDs from Drew Bledsoe and Chris Slade put the game away with a 27-yard interception return for a score. Curtis Martin ran 27 times for 148 yards.

Nov. 29, 1998. Patriots 25, Bills 21
Drew Bledsoe's one-yard touchdown pass to TE Ben Coates with no time remaining gave New England arguably their most thrilling victory over the Bills. Bledsoe finished with three TD passes, out-dueling Buffalo QB Doug Flutie, who tossed two scores.

Dec. 17, 2000. Patriots 13, Bills 10
A year after suffering a 13-10 OT loss to the Bills, the Patriots returned the favor thanks to a 24-yard sudden-death field goal by Adam Vinatieri. Kevin Faulk's 13-yard run tied the game with 4:45 left in the fourth quarter.

Dec. 8, 2002. Patriots 27, Bills 17
The Patriots sacked Drew Bledsoe twice and picked off the former Pats QB four times. Tom Brady tossed a pair of first-quarter TDs, pacing New England to a 17-0 lead that was never jeopardized.

Dec. 27, 2003. Patriots 31, Bills 0
The Patriots kicked off their 15-game winning streak against Buffalo in style. Tom Brady threw four first-half touchdown passes en route to 28-0 halftime lead that left no doubt about the outcome.

Oct. 30, 2005. Patriots 21, Bills 16
The Patriots trailed by nine points with 10 minutes to go but rallied behind two, one-yard fourth-quarter TD runs by Corey Dillon, including the go-ahead score with 5:32 left.

Sept. 10, 2006. Patriots 19, Bills 17
Ty Warren sacked Bills QB J.P. Losman in the end zone for a safety with 8:33 remaining to snap a 17-all tie and provide the winning points for the Patriots.

Nov. 18, 2007. Patriots 56, Bills 0
Behind four Tom Brady TD passes to Randy Moss – all in the first half – the Patriots routed the Bills and improved to 10-0 for the first time in franchise history. Brady finished with five TDs altogether, connecting with Daniel Graham in the third quarter.

Sept. 14, 2009. Patriots 25, Bills 24
Returning from a knee injury that robbed him of the entire 2007, Tom Brady rallied the Patriots, beginning with an 18-yard TD pass to Ben Watson with 2:06 to go. After kicker Stephen Gostkowski recovered a fumble on the ensuing kickoff, Brady connected on a 16-yard go-ahead TD to Watson with 50 seconds left in the "Monday Night Football" season opener.

Sept. 30, 2012. Patriots 52, Bills 28
Trailing 21-7 midway through the third quarter, the Patriots flipped the script, out-scoring the Bills 45-7 over the final 23 minutes. Brandon Bolden (137 yards) and Stevan Ridley (106 yards) became the first Patriots RB duo to eclipse 100 yards in the same game since Don Calhoun and Vagas Ferguson did it against the Baltimore Colts on Nov. 23, 1980.

Dec. 29, 2013. Patriots 34, Bills 20
LeGarrette Blount ran 24 times for 189 yards and two touchdowns, none bigger than a 35-yard scamper that gave New England a two-score lead with 2:31 to go.

Oct. 12, 2014. Patriots 37, Bills 22
The Patriots notched their 15th straight victory over the Bills thanks to four Tom Brady touchdown passes, including a 43-yarder to Brian Tyms and a 56-yard bomb to Brandon LaFell that iced the game with 2:49 left.

Sept. 20, 2015. Patriots 40, Bills 32
An acrobatic 29-yard catch by Danny Amendola was the key play during a game-clinching drive that ended with a 25-yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowski. Logan Ryan helped seal the win with an interception with just over a minute left.

Oct. 30, 2016. Patriots 41, Bills 25
Rob Gronkowski set a Patriots' franchise records for most touchdowns (69) and most receiving TDs (68) with his 53-yard scoring catch from Tom Brady in the second quarter. Brady finished with four TDs and recorded his 26th win against the Bills, tying him with Brett Favre for most QB wins against an opponent.

Dec. 24, 2017. Patriots 37, Bills 16
The Patriots completed a season sweep of the Bills on Christmas Eve thanks to a solid air and ground attack, highlighted by Rob Gronkowski's spectacular one-handed TD catch in the opening half. The game was tied late in the third quarter, but Pats pulled away beginning with Mike Gillislee's one-yard TD run in the final minute of the quarter, followed by two TD runs by Dion Lewis (129 yards) in the fourth.

Monday, Oct. 29, 2018. Patriots 25, Bills 6
Devin McCourty sealed the game by picking off Bills QB Derek Anderson and returning it 84 yards for a touchdown with a little more than five minutes to go in the first "Monday Night Football" game in Buffalo in 10 years. James White caught 10 passes and ran for a touchdown and the Patriots bottled up Bills RB LeSean McCoy, holding him to 13 yards on 12 carries.
