The Patriots and Jets renew their AFC East rivalry on Sunday. Here's a look at some memorable moments in recent years between the two teams.

Tebucky Jones had a 24-yard fumble return for a touchdown and Victor Green added a 90-yard interception return for a score, powering the Patriots to a 44-7 win over the Jets on Sept. 15, 2002.

Tom Brady threw two TD passes and Chad Pennington was picked off twice, once by Eugene Wilson, in the Patriots' 23-7 win over the Jets on Dec. 26, 2004.

Patriots LB Mike Vrabel, reprising his role on offense, opened the scoring by catching a 1-yard TD pass, and Corey Dillon ran for a pair of touchdowns in the Patriots' 31-21 victory on Dec. 26, 2005.

Tom Brady threw for two touchdowns and the Patriots defeated Coach Eric Mangini and the Jets in the AFC Wildcard matchup 37-16 on Jan. 7, 2007.

Patriots WR Randy Moss caught a game-tying TD pass with 1 second left in the fourth quarter, but the Brett Favre-led Jets won 34-31 in overtime thanks to Jay Feely's 34-yard field goal on Nov. 13, 2008.

The Jets' eight-game road winning streak was snapped when Tom Brady threw four TD passes – all to different receivers – as the Patriots rolled to a 45-3 win on Dec. 6, 2010.

Shaun Ellis had two of the Jets five sacks as New York handed the Patriots a 28-21 loss in the divisional round of the AFC playoffs on Jan. 16, 2011.

Defensive tackle Chris Jones blocked a potential game-winning field goal attempt in the waning seconds to preserve a 27-25 Patriots win on October 16, 2014.

Tom Brady threw a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown passes to rally the Patriots from a 20-16 deficit, and New England pulled out a 30-23 win over the Jets in the most recent meeting between the AFC East rivals on Oct. 25. Brady, who threw for 355 yards, also rushed for a TD.
