The New England Patriots have won an NFL-record 11 consecutive division titles. Here's a look back at those hat-and-t-shirt clinching games.

Dec. 27, 2009 – Week 16
The Patriots won the first of their NFL-record 11 straight AFC East Division titles with a convincing 35-7 win over Jacksonville. Randy Moss was the star of the show, catching three touchdown passes (2 yards, 6 yards and 17 yards, respectively) from Tom Brady. Brandon Merriweather keyed the defense with a 56-yard interception return at the end of the first quarter that set up Brady's other TD pass of the day, a 26-yarder to Chris Baker.

Dec. 26, 2010 – Week 16
It was a happy homecoming for Buffalo native Rob Gronkowski, who caught a pair of eight-yard TD passes in the second and third quarters, respectively, to help New England blast past Buffalo 34-3 at Ralph Wilson Stadium and earn back-to-back division titles. RBs BenJarvus Green-Ellis (104 yards) and Danny Woodhead (93 yards) combined for 197 yards on the ground. The Patriots' defense forced seven turnovers – three interceptions and four fumbles.

Dec. 18, 2011 – Week 15
Tim Tebow had guided the Broncos to four straight fourth-quarter comebacks and six straight wins, but the Patriots put an end to that by rallying from a 17-6 first-quarter deficit to post a 41-23 win out west, while wrapping up their third straight division title. Tom Brady passed for two touchdowns and ran for another, and DE Mark Anderson, subbing for an injured Andre Carter, recorded two sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Danny Woodhead and Chad Ochocinco both caught TD passes.

Dec. 2, 2012 – Week 13
Wes Welker burned his former team with 12 catches for 103 yards, helping New England edge Miami 23-16 and capture its fourth straight division title. The Patriots' Stephen Gostkowski and the Dolphins' Dan Carpenter traded two field goals each in the second half. Carpenter's final kick came with 31 seconds to go to make it a one-score game, but WR Brandon Lloyd recovered the ensuing onside kick, securing the win.

Dec. 22, 2013 – Week 16
Although they technically clinched their fifth division title before squaring off against Baltimore for a 4:25 p.m. game, thanks to Miami's 19-0 loss to Buffalo earlier in the day, the Patriots would have done so anyway, routing the Ravens 41-7. LeGarrette Blount ran for 76 yards and two scores and the Patriots defense scored twice late in the fourth quarter. DE Chandler Jones stripped sacked QB Tyrod Taylor and recovered the ball in the end zone, and moments later Tavon Wilson picked off a pass and returned it 74 yards for a TD.

Dec. 14, 2014 – Week 15
Jamie Collins set the tone with a blocked field goal in the first quarter, which Kyle Arrington returned 62 yards for a touchdown and the Patriots piled up the points in a 41-13 win that clinched their sixth straight division title. Miami had made it a one-point game before halftime, but the Patriots out-scored the Dolphins 27-0 in the second half, with Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman catching TD passes from Tom Brady.

Dec. 13, 2015 – Week 14
The Patriots put themselves in position to clinch their seventh straight division title following a 27-6 win over Houston and made it became official when Miami lost to the N.Y. Giants on "Monday Night Football" the following day. Akiem Hicks and Jabaal Sheard had two sacks apiece of Houston signal caller and former Patriots QB Brian Hoyer. Rob Gronkowski finished fittingly with 87 receiving yards and caught a TD with 14 seconds left in the first half.

Dec. 18, 2016 – Week 15
Cornerback Logan Ryan was the hero in this one. With the game tied at three and the Broncos on the Patriots 14-yard line, Ryan picked off Trevor Siemian on the first play of the second quarter and returned it 46 yards to help set up New England's lone touchdown of the game – a one yard run by LeGarrette Blount. That, plus three Stephen Gostkowski field goals, sewed up a 16-3 win over Denver and secured the Patriots' seventh straight division title. Devin McCourty had a key fumble recovery with 23 seconds to go, marking the first time since 1991 (a span of 24 games) the Patriots held the Broncos without a TD.

Dec. 17, 2017 – Week 15
New England set the NFL record for most consecutive division titles (9) following a thrilling 27-24 road win over the Steelers. On the Patriots' final drive, Tom Brady completed three straight passes to Rob Gronkowski (26, 26 and 17 yards, respectively), setting up Dion Lewis, whose eight-yard TD run with 56 seconds to go to give New England the lead. Brady hit Gronkowski on the ensuing two-point try. Ben Roethlisberger hurried the Steelers down the field, but his red zone pass, intended for Eli Rogers, was tipped by Eric Rowe and intercepted by Duron Harmon in the end zone with five seconds left.

Dec. 23, 2018 – Week 16
Credit the resolve of WR Julian Edelman for the Patriots' 10th straight division title. With New England leading 14-6 and facing fourth-and-4 on the Bills 32, Tom Brady found Edelman over the middle on a quick slant. Edelman was tackled and rolled up by safety Rafael Bush, but Edelman never touched the ground. He got up, sprinted and dove into the end zone with just over five minutes left in the third quarter, cementing the Pats' 24-12 victory.

Dec. 21 2019 – Week 16
For the second straight year, the Patriots defeated the Bills – this time by a 24-17 count – to capture the AFC East and extended their NFL record of 11 straight division titles. Trailing by four the in the fourth quarter, Tom Brady rallied the Patriots within a seven-play, 59-yard drive, capped off by Rex Burkhead's tough, tackle-breaking one yard TD run with 5:06 to go. Cornerback J.C. Jackson cemented the win by knocking down Josh Allen's Hail Mary pass in the end zone with just over a minute left.
