WHY DO THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS USE MOBILE ENTRY AND WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Secure digital tickets provide the safest, most convenient and flexible way to manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud.

- The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time
- Reduced risk of lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE GILLETTE STADIUM APP?
The free Gillette Stadium App is available on the App Store and Google Play and can be downloaded by clicking here. Be sure to update to the most recent version of the app to ensure you are able to manage your tickets.
DO I NEED TO CONNECT TO WI-FI AT GILLETTE STADIUM TO ACCESS MY MOBILE TICKETS?
No. To easily render your digital ticket barcode(s) at the stadium gates, log in to your account via the Gillette Stadium App before arriving on site. Once logged in, select the game/event you are attending and tap VIEW BARCODE. Remain logged into your account to access your barcode(s) without needing to connect to Wi-Fi at the stadium.
Note: To reduce fraud and enhance security, your barcode will change every 15 seconds; therefore, screenshots of your digital ticket or pictures of your barcode will not be valid for entry.
WHAT IF MY ENTIRE GROUP IS NOT WITH ME WHEN I AM READY TO ENTER?
You can transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait to get into the stadium. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each of your guests their ticket(s) individually prior to arrival if you wish to do so. This can easily be accomplished through the Gillette Stadium App.
CAN I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF MY DIGITAL TICKET(S) AND TEXT OR EMAIL THE SCREENSHOT TO ONE OF MY GUESTS SO THEY CAN ENTER?
To reduce fraud and counterfeiting, your barcode will now change every 15 seconds. Due to this enhanced security feature, screenshots of your mobile ticket or pictures of your barcode will not be valid for entry.
CAN I PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?
Tickets for all New England Patriots games no longer include a PDF printout option. This decision was made to protect the integrity of your season tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems that have steadily increased in recent years. Please note: Season Ticket Members will still receive their season tickets via FedEx.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?
Yes! Once you tap on your game, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets.
WHAT IF I HAVE A WINDOWS PHONE, A BLACKBERRY OR OTHERWISE CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE GILLETTE STADIUM APP?
You can always access your tickets via your smartphone's browser. Log in to your account by visiting www.patriots.com/ticketexchange.
