Devin McCourty and Matthew Slater spoke to 150 prisoners at MCI Norfolk. Devin and Matthew were hosted by the prison's African American Cultural Committee, a group of 200-300 hundred men inside the prison that work on civic engagement and educational programming. The group has been actively involved in writing and presenting two bills to the state for voting rights and police reform.
