The primary function of the Concession Supervisor is to oversee all duties relating to food production, sanitation, and managing of all staff activity
- Pre-event set up and post event shut down of concession stand
- Management of multiple stand locations consisting of ~30 staff members
- Monitoring compliance with all HACCP, Board of Health codes and alcohol service policies
- Working together with concessions staff to handle all aspects of stand operations

* Customer serviceCandidates should have some experience in food and beverage supervision. Fast food management experience preferred but not required. Please list food and beverage experience in the space provided at the end of our online application.
Applicants must be able to work all Patriots' games and a portion of other events such as concerts, soccer matches and training camp
