Concessions staff will serve customers in an outdoor tent area at the New England Patriots training camp in Smithfield, RI. An attention to detail and excellence is required. Responsibilities:
- Assist with concessions stand set-up prior to guests arrival
- Sell food and drink items to patrons with exceptional customer service and positive attitude
- Execute cash transactions
- Remain calm and service oriented during rush times
- Restock food items within stand
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper appearance of stand areas at all times
- Assist with closure of the stand by cleaning all counters and surrounding areas, removing trash and other maintenance or inventory duties as directed
- Load and unload trucks with proper inventory, supplies and other goods as directed
- Other duties as requiredQualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have quality customer service skills
- Read and understand instructions in basic English
- Comprehend verbal instructions in basic English
- Speak and communicate in basic English
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively
- Ability to safely maneuver up and down flights of stairs/steps, repetitively
- Ability to safely maneuver in and out of delivery trucks, repetitively
- Ability to maneuver within work spaces
- Ability to conduct currency exchanges
- Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks
