Four Bills players leave game vs. Bucs with various injuries

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The injuries mounted fast for the Buffalo Bills, who had two players -- right tackle Brad Butler and tight end Derek Schouman -- carted off the field with knee injuries during Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Butler didn't return after hurting his right knee late in the first half. Schouman was carted off the field after twisting his right knee while being tackled after making a 6-yard catch with one minute left in the third quarter.

Schouman's injury left Buffalo with one tight end, Derek Fine, after Shawn Nelson left the game in the first half because of a strained shoulder.

Buffalo also lost starting cornerback Leodis McKelvin, who didn't return after hurting an ankle late in the first half.

Butler was hurt when Buccaneers defensive lineman Stylez White rolled into the back of his legs while attempting to strip the ball from Bills quarterback Trent Edwards. Butler couldn't put much weight on his right leg as he was helped off the field by Bills trainers before being carted away from the sideline.

Jonathan Scott took over for Butler.

McKelvin was spotted limping off the field after Tampa Bay running back Carnell Williams scored on an 8-yard touchdown pass to cut Buffalo's lead to 20-14 with 27 seconds left in the first half.
