En un partido no apto para cardÃacos, los Patriots finalmente salieron airosos 16-10 frente a los Buffalo Bills.
Un encuentro donde la ofensiva de New England tuvo una muy discreta actuación. Tom Brady solo completó 18 de 39 pases para 150 yardas, 0 TD y 1 INT; alcanzando un 'QB rating' de 45.9, el más bajo de su carrera en una victoria.

Devin McCourty continuó con sus intercepciones logrando una más esta tarde. Ya van 4 partidos seguidos en donde el DB logra una intercepción.
Por su parte, los QBs de los Bill fueron vÃctimas de capturas, 2 de Kyle VanNoy (de gran actuación), 1 de John Simon, de Jamie Collins y de Chase Winovich.
Buffalo terminó usando 2 QBs después de que Josh Allen recibiera un golpe en la cabeza por parte del DB Jonathan Jones, cuando el QB completaba una carrera de 7 yardas. Allen fue reemplazado por Matt Barkley.
Los QBs de Buffalo terminaron sus actuaciones completando 22 de 44 pases para 280 yardas y 4 INT.
Igualmente, el equipo de los Bills contó con un juego de carrera efectivo liderado por Fran Gore con 17 acarreos para 109 yardas. El movedizo QB Josh Allen sumó 5 acarreos para 26 yardas y 1 TD.
