My Cause My Cleats is an NFL initiative that gives players and coaches the opportunity to wear customized cleats or sneakers in support of a charitable cause. During week 14, players across the NFL will wear their personalized cleats to help raise awareness and funds for a cause that is important to them.
On Sunday, Dec. 2 when they take on the Minnesota Vikings, more than a dozen Patriots players and coaches will wear their customized cleats and sneakers. Here is a list of the players and coaches who will be participating and the causes that each of them will represent.
