While the Patriots have seemingly done their best to move on from Deflategate, even with the NFL's appeal pending in the court system, a group of New England fans has not given up its fight.
The Boston Globe says a group of fans “filed a federal complaint Tuesday seeking to block enforcement of the penalty" against the Patriots for the scandal, which included the loss of a first-round pick in this month's NFL Draft. The complaint accuses Roger Goodell and the NFL "of common law fraud, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and racketeering, among other claims."
