The *New Hamshire Union Leader* reports that the New England Patriots have donated 5,000 books to the Manchester School District. The books are to be given to those students attending Title I schools.

Reiss discusses the versatility of Patriots linebacker Don Davis, who last season was asked fill in at the safety position and recently has started to fill the role of the assistant strength coach. "I love to work out, I love the guys, I love the coaching aspect. So when I approached him about it, he was gung-ho about it. He allowed me to basically come in under Mike Woicik and the second in command, Harold Nash, and just learn. It was a great opportunity," said Davis.
