Gayle Fee and Laura Raposa of the Boston Herald's "Inside Track" report that Patriots QB Tom Brady was not in attendance at the ESPY Awards which tool place at the Kodak Theater. Brady had been nominated for the "Best NFL Player" award, but was beat out by Colts QB Peyton Manning. Patriots that were attendance were Bill Belichick, Dan Koppen, Lonie Paxton, Richard Seymour, Larry Izzo, Rodney Harrison, David Givens and Willie McGinest. Belichick received an award for Best Coach / Manager. Watch the ESPY awards on ESPN, Sunday night at 9 p.m.

Seymour has been making a few NFL related appearances recently as he was on hand for the taping of several NFL commercials including a taped promotion for "Monday Night Football". Could this be an indicator that Seymour may be on hand for training camp?
Rich Cimini of the New York Daily News reports that the New York Jets have intensified their interest in former Patriots cornerback Ty Law. With Jets starting cornerback Donnie Abraham retiring, the Jets are now considered one of the front-runners to sign Law, who is still recovering from a foot injury.
