S Tavon Wilson**
(on the interception return for a touchdown) "It really felt good. Every time you get the ball on defense, you're looking to return it for a touchdown. I ran down the sideline and saw there were just offensive linemen in front of me."
(on creating so many turnovers today) "We've been working on that all week. They gave us some opportunities, and we took advantage of them. Our coaches do a great job preparing us every week. We do a great job preparing ourselves. I've got great teammates and great coaches, and I'll do whatever I'm asked to do to help."
WR Matthew Slater
(on overcoming injuries) "It's been tough losing so many guys, but we've been able to win games. I have to tip my hat to the young guys on this team. They've really come through. With coach Belichick, we have great leadership. Tom Brady gives us so much leadership on offense, too."
(on beating the Ravens) "We have a tremendous amount of respect for the Ravens. This is a very intense rivalry, and they have done so much in the last 10 years. They're a well-coached team. They have tremendous character. Even when they're behind, they play hard. We were fortunate to beat them, and then the game got out of hand at the end."
RB LeGarrette Blount
(on the win) "It was really important. Every win is really important. The goal here was to win and then go out against Buffalo and continue to be successful in what we're doing; and go to the playoffs moving forward."
(on his two touchdown performance) "It was really important. We came into the game with the mindset to run the football, and that's what we came in here and did. We ran the football as much and as effectively as possible and came out with the win."
(on clenching the division) "We're not going to go out there to lose the game. We had clinched, but we're not going out there to try and lose the game. We are going to try and get the win. The big part of the win was the defense getting two touchdowns and our offense being productive."
(on was this the best team win) "It felt like one of our better wins. We have got to go back into the film room because there are still things we need to work on, and we will go out there and work on Buffalo."
CB Aqib Talib
(on the defense) "We felt like we had prepared good. We just tried to come out and play fast, make some plays and that's what we did."
(on the defense's turnovers) "That was our focus during the week. We had it hot in the beginning of the year, then it died down, and that was our focus – to get it back hot."
(on having clinched the division before the game) "We just play one game at a time. All that pressure and stuff, we tried not to feed into that. It's Sunday, the day we go and win the game."
(on the defense's big plays) "We just tried to come out and play fast. We prepare to play fast, and that's what we did."
DE Rob Ninkovich
(on the defense) "I think we did a great job during the week. We know these guys; we've played them a lot. It just comes down to execution. We got the turnovers today, and that was the big thing for us. We didn't have the turnovers in the last three or four weeks so that was a point of emphasis. We knew that [Joe] Flacco wouldn't be as mobile as he was in the past, so he would just stay in the pocket and throw those deep balls, and we would try and defend those well."
(on the big plays from the defense) "That comes down to the preparation we have during the week. We watched a lot of film on the check-downs and some of the things they were doing, and I think we did a great job playing team defense. That's what it comes down to – everyone doing their job. There are a couple plays we would like to have back, and that's in every game. But, we try to improve and get better every week. It's big to keep the momentum; you know we're playing Buffalo next week. They have a good defense, and they like to bring a lot of pressure, so we have to match that. We have to get to the quarterback there too."
(on the signature road win at M&T Bank Stadium) "You have to ignore things from the outside. And knowing that we have the personnel and talent to do that, but we have to do it consistently, and that's a big point of emphasis as well. We have to be consistent throughout the whole game. You can't come on in the first half and then give up some things in the second half. You've got to play four quarters, and today we did some good things, but there are some things we can improve on. We gave up long drives; I think we came up big with turnovers."
DE Chandler Jones
(on winning convincingly) "It felt good. Despite my brother [Ravens DT Arthur Jones] getting banged up a little bit, it felt good to get a win over him. It was a good team effort. We played hard offensively, defensively, and on special teams."
(on winning at M&T Bank Stadium) "We knew it was going to be a tough game. After losing to them early last season and in the playoffs, getting a chance to beat these guys on their home turf was a good feeling."
WR Julian Edelman
(on clinching the AFC East) "It's great. That's what you play it for. That's what you rehab injuries for, go through OTAs, go through training camp, worked in the offseason, for a night like this. It's a great experience. I'm fortunate that it's my fifth, but we still have another game. It's still important to us."
(on winning a road game) "We executed the assignments. We played complementary football – offense, defense, and special teams. We were able to run the ball and convert on crucial situations. There are some things we have to fine-tune over the next few weeks, but we're going to enjoy this win tonight."
(on winning a fifth AFC East title) "It gets better every year because you know how hard it is, especially with the crazy year we've had. Having some of our big dogs getting hurt, being able to do your job and execute in crucial situations, and win crucial games – it's been a great year thus far."
(on the next man up mentality) "It's just guys doing their job, the coaches preparing us well, and the guys practicing hard. If a guy's not getting in, it's about taking mental reps. That's how I learned. You learn for that one opportunity you get, and you try to take advantage of it. There have been some bumps in the road, but it was definitely a good day today."
(on beating a physical team in their stadium) "You know when you come to Baltimore that it's going to be a battle. You have to be the toughest team in order to beat a team like that. That team is coached hard, plays hard. They've got good players. If you don't bring your A game, they'll knock you on your butt, and we've seen that a few times since I've been here. We were fortunate enough to execute what we had to do, play tough football and get out of here with a win."
G Logan Mankins
(on the priority of establishing a running game) "We want to stay balanced if possible. When [Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels] called the runs, we did a good job of encouraging him to keep calling them."
(on the perception of not being a physical team) "The experts I know always have all the answers, and they really had them when they picked the winner of this game. So when they don't mention us being physical, I always say, 'Ask the guy that lines up across from me if we're physical.'"
