Davis, Scott, Sanders, Poole, Banta-Cain and Gorin did not make the trip with the team to Charlotte.

Panthers:

Quarterback Stefan LeFors (3rd QB), wide receiver Drew Carter, running back Jamal Robertson, tackle Dave Kadela, center Geoff Hangartner, tight end Michael Gaines, defensive end Jovan Haye and defensive tackle Atiyyah Ellison.
