The Boston Herald reports that right tackle Nick Kaczur, who spent all of 2010 on injured reserve with a back injury, was asked to take a pay cut and refused. Citing a source close to the situation, the Herald speculates the Patriots would cut Kaczur rather than pay him the $3.4 million he's due
