As you may know, NFL teams are each allowed to host up to 30 rookie prospects on official visits to their facilities prior to the Annual Player Selection Meeting (a.k.a. the NFL Draft) in April. In addition, teams can conduct private workouts off-site with players, but there does not appear to be a limit to the number of such events.
