Quick Kicks: Cundiff ball going to Hall

If the Giants experienced some bad karma on this day before Super Bowl XLVI (see previous post, plus, New York's team bus broke down on the way to practice), the Patriots got a heavy dose of the good kind.

INDIANAPOLIS - If the Giants experienced some bad karma on this day before Super Bowl XLVI (see previous post, plus, New York's team bus broke down on the way to practice), the Patriots got a heavy dose of the good kind.

Earlier today, Dr. Terry Oder, a Patriots season ticket holder, came to Indianapolis and presented owner Robert Kraft with a special gift. Oder sits in the south end zone at Gillette Stadium, and was in the perfect spot to catch Baltimore kicker Billy Cundiff's wide-left 32-yard field goal attempt at the end of the AFC Championship Game two weeks ago.

The ball will be turned over to the curator of The Hall at Patriot Place and put on display soon for fans to come and see for themselves.
