After hosting four veterans earlier in the week the Patriots are still looking for help. According to ESPNBoston's Field Yates, the team hosted cornerback Terrell Thomas on Thursday.
Thomas, 29, is a six-year veteran out of USC who played his entire career with the Giants, but has missed extensive time due to serious knee injuries that cost him all of 2011 and 2012. He was able to return to action last year in New York and recorded 67 tackles and one interception in 16 games including seven starts.
If healthy, 6-0, 191-pound Thomas could provide some valuable depth in the secondary.
