The Patriots have lost another of their 18 free agents. According to numerous media reports Tuesday night, Patrick Chung is now a Philadelphia Eagle. The 25-year-old safety is back with Chip Kelly, the Eagles' new head coach who was offensive coordinator at the University of Oregon during Chung's final two seasons there.
Chung, a second-round pick of the Patriots in 2009, steadily saw his playing time decrease over the years, with his relegation to backup status last season.
