Each week a topic is chosen from the Patriots.com bulletin board and highlighted on the site. Here are some excerpts:
Contents of Original Post:
Hey, fans. Welcome to the Thread of the Week. Comment on any and all that you wish. Just remember to abide by normal BBS conduct rules.
* Please keep in mind, this thread will be seen by the players, coaches, and Patriot's staff members. Please keep your responses proper, thoughtful and specific. Crude remarks within a post will cause that post to be deleted.*
TOTW #1: Monday night was the first time in 23 games that the Patriots have scored 30 or more points. What do you think was the biggest reason for this "offensive explosion"?
TOTW #2:Second round draft pick, Adrian Klemm, saw his first extensive action at RT on Monday night. What is your opinion of his play, and his prospects for being the future LT of the OL?
Go to the Bulletin Board and ask away! So, there it is, fellow Patriot Fans. Let's have some good participation, and get ready for Buffalo this weekend. Given that a post only allows 10 responses, I will start a new thread, continuing the topic when this original thread fills up. After Friday, I will not be available, so if the person with the 10th post doesn't mind, it would be greatly appreciated if they would start any new threads, if needed. Thanks again, and enjoy. We look forward to your responses.

TOTW #1: Going with the no-huddle and letting Drew call his own plays. He always excels in this situation and I believe has been hampered by having to run plays that won't work. He is a great weapon that the offensive coordinators should employ more often. That said, I don't know if you can run it all night, every game, but it sure looked good on Monday!
TOTW #2: Klemm wasn't pretty, but I'll reserve judgement until he's had a little more playing time. Monday Night Football is a tough scene to be thrown into cold turkey.

TOTW #1: Good match-up for the Patriots as we have KC's number. KC's defense was predictable and got exploited by the Pats hurry-up and the execution of the short passing game. Troy Brown and Jermaine Wiggins got lots of yards after the catch by simply lowering their shoulders and seeking out contact. I loved watching this game even though we got a late scare and gave up some big plays on defense.
TOTW #2: I think it's too early to judge. I can recall a few false starts and a couple of other mistakes, but he's a rookie. I'm just glad he's back from the knee surgery and progressing to the point that he has cracked the starting lineup. The game time will do him good as will the preparation for playing. Klemm's ability to play other positions on the offensive line is an asset. If he has good footwork and is coachable, then he should be able to play almost any position and that makes him very valuable. LT position has to be able to protect Drew's blind side. Whether the coaches let Klemm play LT or not probably depends on how well he can pass block.

TOTW #1: Drew Bledsoe. Plain and simple. He dictated the game. We live in an era where every play is supposedly a chess match. A game of match-ups and schemes. The pace of many NFL offenses are based on what the defense gives you. On Monday night, this all changed. By using the hurry-up, thank you C. Weis, Bledsoe was able to limit the different packages that KC uses. Then, knowing the limited number of looks he'd get from these basically same players on the field, he went to work. The 2 minute offense is his. I always believed this is where he excelled the most. Why? Simple, really. He's having fun. He enjoys calling his own plays, so he's enjoying the game more. Ask anyone who's ever played sports; the one having fun usually ends up on top. It brings out the best in you.
TOTW #2: It was good to finally see Klemm. Just seeing him out there tells me coach BB has enough faith in the guy. For the first game, I think he played pretty good. He made some nice blocks. A couple penalties could be jitters and riikie mistakes. Overall, he'll be a good addition. I think the best bet would be to start him next year at RT and find a decent LT in FA, if possible.
