LeGarrette Blount, RB - The AFC Offensive Player of the Month to open the season has come up big for the Patriots rushing attack, especially in closing out wins over the Dolphins and Texans. Blount may need to continue to roll for at least one more week working with a young quarterback to help balance out the offense.

Jamie Collins, LB - Collins is coming off a massive performance against the Texans in which he notched 14 tackles and an interception while flying all over the field. This game gives him a chance to continue his All-Pro-caliber play trying to deal with LeSean McCoy, Tyrod Taylor and the Bills rushing attack.

Jimmy Garoppolo/Jacoby Brissett, QB - Regardless of which young quarterback plays against Buffalo - Garoppolo was limited in practice due to his A.C. joint sprain and Brissett limited with a right thumb injury - he will see something he's never seen before from Rex Ryan's defense. There will be mental and physical pressure on the young passers who are once again in the spotlight in the final week of Tom Brady's suspension.

LeSean McCoy, RB - Buffalo's running back was described by Bill Belichick as being "as good as it gets.' McCoy can make would-be tacklers look silly and hit back plays. He's the focal point of New England's defensive game plan, with an emphasis on tackling and run fits.

Tyrod Taylor, QB - Buffalo's quarterback is far more dangerous with his legs than his arm at this point. He's completing barley 61 percent of his passes, was sacked five times last week and averages well below 200 yards passing per game. New England will likely try to hem Taylor in and force him to make consistent, accurate throws, which is far from his strength.
