Biography
Romo, 27, spent time with Minnesota this year, playing in four games and making 11-of-12 field goals and 7-of-8 extra points. He was released by Minnesota on Dec. 7, 2024. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder, originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with New Orleans in 2022 out of Virginia Tech before being released at the end of training camp. After spending the 2023 spring season with the San Antonio Brahmas, he went to training camp with Detroit and spent part of the 2023 season on the Chicago practice squad. Romo was signed by Minnesota in March of 2024 and was released on July 29.
