Well, we're taking one more crack at breaking down the Patriots roster -- but with a twist. Patriots players are more than their performance on the field. They have unique hobbies, interesting families and gigs on the side, and we're giving you a rundown of random fun facts. Take this knowledge with you, file it away and save it for your next Patriots watch party or bar trivia night.
Dwayne Allen – Basketball is his first love. When he was in Indianapolis, Dwayne was a season ticket holder at Butler University.

Ryan Allen – He won the Ray Guy award in 2011 and 2012 for top collegiate punters, and Ryan was the first punter to get this honor in back-to-back seasons.
Danny Amendola – He isn't just photogenic, Danny is a model. No, really. He became the first NFL player to sign a professional modeling contract when he was signed by Ford Models earlier this year.
David Andrews – His uncle is former NFL running back and coach Dan Reeves.
Johnson Bademosi – Johnson competed in track and field at Stanford and was an all-conference honorable mention.
Brandon Bolden – His grandfather, Frank Pitts, was a part of the Kansas City team that won Super Bowl IV.
Tom Brady – Tom wasn't only drafted in the NFL. He was drafted by the Montreal Expos in 1995.
Alan Branch – His pregame warmups include the occasional dance move, which he picked up from a breakdance group in high school.
Malcom Brown – Malcom grew up watching "Dragon Ball Z," and now, he shares that with his two daughters.
Rex Burkhead – While at Nebraska, Rex became friends with a 5-year-old boy who was diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer. Even years after the two met and hit it off, Rex continues to fight for Team Jack, raising money and awareness as a board member of the Team Jack Foundation.
Adam Butler – He wants to one day own a small farm, grow his own crops and produce his own meat.
Malcolm Butler – His willingness to compete and fight on the field and in life earned him the nickname of "Scrap" in the locker room.
Marcus Cannon – Marcus was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after the 2011 Combine. He received treatment throughout the summer, and by the fall of 2011, as a Patriots rookie, Marcus was cancer free.
Joe Cardona – Joe attended the U.S. Naval Academy and is a Lieutenant Junior Grade.
Patrick Chung – Patrick's mother is Jamaican singer Sophie George, whose 1985 hit, "Girlie Girlie," reached number one in Jamaica and was a top-10 hit in the UK.
Brandin Cooks – When he wasn't playing football in college, he was acting. At least for the first two years.
Cole Croston – Cole was born on Christmas Day.
James Develin – Before he entered the NFL, James almost pursed a career in engineering, which he studied at Brown University.
Phillip Dorsett – Phillip attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., which is also where James White went to high school.
Nate Ebner – Nate competed in the 2016 Rio Olympics as part of the Team USA rugby team.
Cameron Fleming – Being tall is a great advantage in football, but Cameron's height dashed a longtime dream of his – becoming an astronaut. He is one inch too tall.
Marquis Flowers – He's not going vegetarian any time soon.
Trey Flowers – His real name is actually Robert. His father is Robert Flowers II, making him Robert Flowers III. The third, Trey.
Jimmy Garoppolo – As a senior at Eastern Illinois, Jimmy won the Walter Peyton Award.
Mike Gillislee – He studied family youth community service at Florida.
Stephon Gilmore – He had a big summer. Stephon signed a contract with the Patriots the same day his first daughter, Giselle, was born.
Stephen Gostkowski – Like many athletes, Stephen wasn't locked in to one sport. He received a scholarship to pitch at University of Memphis.
Rob Gronkowski – Gronk gets a lot of screen time during the offseason. He hosted his own show on Nickelodeon, appeared in Katy Perry's music video, starred in an episode of "Family Guy" and made a cameo in "Entourage."
Lawrence Guy – Get inked. Lawrence is an amateur tattoo artist.
Duron Harmon – Not many people get to see a Queen when they got to their first concert ever, but Duron managed it, catching Beyoncé as his first show.
David Harris – David competed in track and field in high school.
Dont'a Hightower – Dont'a helped his teams win two national college championships as well as two Super Bowls, making him one of two players to ever do so.
Chris Hogan – Did you know Chris Hogan played lacrosse in college?
Jacob Hollister – Jacob is a twin, and his brother Cody is on the Patriots practice squad.
Jonathan Jones – He studied business administration at Auburn.
Ted Karras – Ted's uncle was Alex Karras, the actor who played Mongo in "Blazing Saddles." He also starred in the sitcom, "Webster."
Brandon King – Brandon and his girlfriend are expecting their first child and took to Instagram with their gender reveal.

Harvey Langi – The rookie has a magic trick or two up his sleeve. With a deck of cards, Harvey can perform with the best of them.
Dion Lewis – Dion is a "Harry Potter" fan. Nope, he's a huge "Harry Potter" fan.
Cassius Marsh – The new Patriot is an avid Magic the Gathering player.
Shaq Mason – He is named after two NBA greats – Shaquille O'Neal and Hakeem Olajuwon.
Devin McCourty – His twin brother Jason plays for the Browns, and the two started Tackle Sickle Cell, an initiative to raise money and awareness for sickle cell disease. Devin also has the best t-shirts in the league.
Jordan Richards – Jordan was recently named the Ron Burton Man of the Year for his dedication and commitment to the community.
Elandon Roberts – Elandon is the second youngest player on the team, despite being in his second year. The only Patriot younger is rookie Deatrich Wise.
Eric Rowe – Eric didn't just play football in high school. He also competed in basketball and track.
Matthew Slater – His father is NFL Hall of Famer Jackie Slater. The two became the first father-son duo to win the Bart Starr award this February.
Nate Solder – Nate wasn't allowed to play Pop Warner in middle school because he was too big.
Joe Thuney – Joe can solve a Rubik's cube in two minutes or less.
Vincent Valentine – Vincent once***lifted 745 pounds on his bac**k.* The proof is in a video he shared to his Instagram.
Kyle Van Noy – Kyle and his wife Marissa started the Van Noy Valor Foundation to encourage "personal valor in the lives of adopted children, those in foster care and disadvantaged youth." Kyle was adopted, as was Marissa's father and brother, so it is a mission that is close to their hearts.
LaAdrian Waddle – LaAdrian signed with Detroit as a rookie in 2013, but in 2015, he returned to Texas Tech to finish his degree.
James White – James holds the record for most points scored in a Super Bowl with 20 points in Super Bowl LI. His 25th birthday was also just two days before the biggest game of his career to date.
Deatrich Wise – Deatrich competed in the Junior Olympics as a kid. He competed in events like shot put and the pentathlon.
