Responsible for portable bar operations on event days in accordance to instructions of Supervisor
Required to provide quality service to all customers.
Responsible for correct mixing and presentation of all beverages.
Must maintain control and security of all issued inventories.
Must maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
Responsible for proper cash handling and inventory usage.
Required to close out each event as directed by Supervisor .
