In their spare time, Jacob and Cody Hollister have been known to serenade listeners with soulful singing. The Hollister brothers were finalists in the Most Valuable Performer talent competition, and though they couldn't compete in the finals because of the Super Bowl, Jacob and Cody still put on a show at Opening Night.Â
They sang "I See Fire" by Ed Sheeran in the middle of the crowded floor on Opening Night and impressed with their harmonies.
Ed Sheeran seems to be a favorite for the twins. In their audition video for Most Valuable Performer, Jacob and Cody sang "Make It Rain," and they nailed it enough to secure their spot in the finals.Â
But the Patriots resident Ed Sheeran cover band will have some competition -- the man himself.
Ed is coming to Gillette Stadium for two nights in September, and though the singer has shown support of the Patriots in the past (including meeting Stephen Gostkowski and Rob Ninkovich), it can grow after hearing the Hollisters jam out to his songs.Â
Tickets for Ed's second show are on sale now. Don't miss the chance to see him cover the Hollister's cover in person!Â
