New England Patriots Linebacker Rosevelt "Rosey" Colvin and CVS/pharmacy have teamed up to create the "Rosey Sack Pack" a back-to-school backpack that will be sold in CVS/pharmacy stores throughout New England. To kick off the campaign, Rosey Colvin will make appearances in select CVS/pharmacy stores in New England to sign the packs and meet with local fans.
The packs will be available in New England CVS/pharmacy stores starting August 13, 2006 but customers can buy the packs at the select stores where Rosey will make appearances starting on July 23, 2006.
The Rosey Sack Pack will retail for $15.99, with $5.00 from the sale of each bag being donated directly to Easter Seals, a CVS/pharmacy national non-profit partner for the signature CVS All Kids Can™ program. CVS All Kids Can™ is a five-year $25 million commitment by the CVS/pharmacy Charitable Trust and CVS/pharmacy to support children with disabilities.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 by the end of the New England Patriots season.
Everyone that purchases a Rosey Sack Pack will have the opportunity to enter a contest where three winners will have Rosey Colvin visit their school, address the student body about his personal experiences in the NFL and deliver the CVS All Kids Can™ message to help children learn, play and succeed in life.
