First Annual Walk For Children's Hospital Boston

Lonie Paxton, Brandon Gorin and Russ Hochtstein will greet walkers at the Children’s Hospital Boston Miles for Miracles pledge walk this Saturday.

WHAT: Children's Hospital Boston's first annual pledge walk, Miles for Miracles, which will raise essential funds for the hospital. Walkers can register on-site the day of the event for $15 and must pledge to raise $100, for more information visit www.chtrust.org/walk.

**WHEN**:   Saturday, June 21, 2003  
        8:00 – 9:00 AM      Registration, Aerobic Warm-up  
        9 AM            Start of 7-mile walk  
        11:30 AM        Start of 2-mile walk  

WHERE: Start/finish: Lederman Field, along Boston side of Charles River,
¼ mile west of Museum of Science on Storrow Drive. The 7-mile course will take walkers along the Charles River, crossing to Cambridge at River Street, and returning to Lederman Field.

49 teams including Patriots' wives, participate along with thousands of hospital staff, patient families, and other walkers  
Life-sized walk mascots, Farley the Tortoise and Hunne the Hare, and Big Apple Circus Clowns greet kids and kick-off walk
