AMHERST, Mass. – A total of five games UMass football games will be televised as announced by the Mid-American Conference on Thursday afternoon. The Minutemen will be playing their first season at the Football Bowl Subdivision level and as members of the MAC this fall with home games played at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.

Four of the five television games are slated to be picked up on the ESPN family of networks. The season opener at UConn, previously announced as a 7:30 PM kick-off, will be shown on ESPN3.
