Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in high volume catering or restaurant operations
- 2 years management experience
- Strong, creative, cooking, and production skills
- Experience with menu design
- Understanding of food cost and inventory control
**Lead Production Cook **
- Full-time position with benefits

- 2 - years experience high volume cooking
- Some supervisory skills
- Good cooking and production skills

**Production Cooks**
- Seasonal part-time position with possibility of full-time
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience high volume cooking
- Good cooking skills
- Work well with others
**Executive Steward / Receiver**
- Full-time salaried position
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in food service operation
- 1 years experience in receiving
- 1 years experience in supervising Stewarding Department
- Good organizational skills
- Basic Computer skills
