NT Vince Wilforkhas voiced his frustration regarding a new contract. He's in the final year of a six-year deal and has expressed interest of re-signing with the team in the past. Many believe the NFL labor situation will affect large contracts in the coming years and those in final years of contracts now. However, according to a *Boston Globe *story, Wilfork doesn't buy into that reasoning. "Trust me, I understand where they are coming from. We have a lot of guys on this team [whose contracts] are going to be up, pretty good players. I know that's pretty tough for them. But at the same time, the labor situation is all over the NFL."
