Brandon Meriweather can be both shy and outgoing. It just depends on how well he knows you.
Rick Korch can attest to this, because, as the Sports Information Director at Meriweather's alma mater (the University of Miami), he's seen the Patriots first-round pick mature into the man he is today.
"Brandon has left a lasting, positive impact on this (Miami) program. Does he have leadership qualities? No doubt about it," Korch told Patriots.com earlier this week.
He also answered critics who question Meriweather's character.
"He's become one of my favorite people," Korch said of the Pats' rookie safety, and he gave some solid examples of why in his one-on-one interview with the team's official website.
Meanwhile, The Hall at Patriot Place continues receiving plaudits from the media. In a Hartford Courant feature today, there are details about how fans can vote for their favorite players to be inducted into The Hall.
