By attending and/or participating in "Patriots Experience" interactive theme area, the participant named below (and his or her parent or legal guardian on his or her behalf) hereby releases and forever discharges New England Patriots L.P., Foxboro Stadium Associates Limited Partnership, Foxboro Realty Associates LLC, the National Football League, Kraft Group LLC, sponsors of the events and activities in "Patriots Experience", the owner of any property on which "Patriots Experience" is held (including without limitation Bryant College), and their respective officers, members, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives and affiliated persons and entities (collectively, the "Released Persons") from any and all liabilities and claims of any kind (including bodily injury, property damage or death), which the participant or his or her legal representatives, has or may in the future have, whether known or unknown, arising out of that participant's attendance at or participation in "Patriots Experience" (collectively, the "Released Claims").
This Release is binding even if the risks and liabilities being released arise out of the negligence or carelessness of one or more of the Released Persons. This Release is binding on the participant's legal representatives, heirs and assigns.
I understand that photographs, videos, or other images may be taken of the participant named below by personnel of the New England Patriots or its designees, agents or representatives. I hereby assign all rights in any such photographs, videos or other images to New England Patriots L.P. I understand that the participant's image, likeness and/or voice may be used by the New England Patriots in connection with its advertising, promotional and/or marketing activities, all without compensation to the participant or participant's parents of guardians.
The person signing this Release acknowledges the possibility that the participant or his or her legal representatives may not fully know the number or magnitude of all the Released Claims, but nevertheless intends to assume the risk of the participant attending and/or participating in "Patriots Experience" and is releasing those unknown claims.
If a participant is under 18 years old, this Release must be signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian.* No one under the age of four (4) years old may participate in any "Patriots Experience" event or amusement. Participant agrees to abide by and accept the terms set out on signs at various "Patriots Experience" activities.
