Since traffic for weeknight Patriots games competes with the evening commute, Gillette Stadium officials are encouraging fans to allow ample time to get to Gillette Stadium for the November 21, 8:30 p.m. matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
Gillette Stadium parking lots open at 4:30 p.m. and stadium gates open at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
Fans are also encouraged to take the MBTA's "Football Train" to Gillette Stadium. One train will depart from South Station in Boston at 6:35 p.m. (with stops in Back Bay and Dedham) and one train will depart from Providence at 6:35 p.m. (with stops in South Attleboro, Attleboro and Mansfield). Both trains depart Foxborough approximately 30 minutes after the end of the game.
