The New England Patriots released offensive tackle Jack Fadule today.
Fadule, 23, was signed by New England as a first-year free agent on February 6, 2004. He was originally signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as a rookie free agent on May 2, 2003. He spent 2003 training camp with the Steelers and played in the first preseason game for Pittsburgh last season. He was released by the Steelers on August 22, 2003.
The 6-foot-5-inch, 316-pound native of Orange, Calif., attended Harvard University and was an All-Ivy League first-team selection as a senior in 2002.
